not sure what has happened the past few days can be seen as progression at all.. this town sucks the present out of me and reminds me of being a teen moving up here for the first time.. i wont get into all that now cause ive been thinking bout it all day.. done so much these past fews days. way more than i ever do in new brunswick but how different it is.. even new music doesnt sound right up here. like i heard pretty girls make graves on the college station and flipped out in joni's car.. and then some mooney suzuki.. it was unreal. i assoiciate certain music with PA.. violent femmes, chilis, candlebox, stp, and others.. but no newer music.. its hard being out of the loop for even a week and up here it takes you back years on the same station all day..

been doing alot of swimmin. which i am usually agianst.. but the high temperatures have taken control of my regular thought processes and its all over now baby blue.. and meeting up with long forgotten people who cook you up a nice bunch of meat on the grill and are renovating their grandpa's old house with two kids from south jersey..

and of course this week is carnival week so that means running into more distant friends that were memories for the last three years.. volunteering at the bingo tent is amusing and forces you to interact with the locals of this glorious small town.. big and small and tall and short and light hair/fair skin.. and i with all the darker features.. makes me feel like the one who doesnt belong.. so i might have to go back to that uneventful college town that makes me think constantly about what is happening the next minute/hour/day/week/month.. and on and on till i get headaches.. but enough of what is not happening this moment..

enjoying this anciently dated song by soviet - "commute"..
